 424/7NC Polyurethanes A polymer release suitable for releasing a wide variety of urethane foams and elastomers. Release is 9% solids; may be used full strength or diluted up to 5X.

A dry film release which is a mixture of phosphate esters & polyolefins in combination with fluoropolymer. Good heat stability and no transfer. Suitable for compression molding, open molding, RTM and many other processes. 5% solids. Releases: thermoplastics, vinyl ester, polyester, epoxy, phenolic, hybrid resins, natural & synthetic rubbers. Applications: Spray, brush or wipe. Wet polish for cosmetic finish.
 PTZ-2174F/NC Polyurethanes A good release for rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. Will not interfere with secondary processes like painting and bonding. Contains 3.5% solids.
 UFO-100 Polyurethanes Designed for releasing open cell seating foam.
 RimWiz uDU-21/NC Polyurethanes A release for RIM process rigid foam. Will not interfere with bonding or painting of finished parts. 3.5% solids.

 Water-Based
 100NV Rubber & Elastomers A water-based and water-soluble concentrate. Used as an external rubber hose lubricant.
 249 Series Composite Molding,

A water / alcohol emulsion of phosphate esters and modified fatty acids: 6% solids. A good choice for filament winding & hot press molding. Releases: polyester, epoxy, acrylic, phenolic and rubber. Application: Wipe or spray.
 AMP-50 Laminates A water-based and water-soluble concentrate with 50% solids. Used for releasing decorative laminates, particle board and wood profiles. Can be diluted to 1.5% solids.
 EM-606SL/SP Composite Molding,

A water / alcohol emulsion of high polymer resins. Solvent enrichment enhances drying and reduces buildup. A good choice for compression molding, casting and filament winding. 6% solids. Releases: polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, phenolic & natural and synthetic rubber. Application: Wipe or spray.

A polymer release which provides excellent slip without silicone. A good choice for hot molding and applications where secondary bonding is required. 3% solids. Releases: natural & synthetic rubbers and polyurethane elastomers. Application: Spray.
 WB-215A Polyurethanes A thick, liquid release for semi-rigid/self-skinning foam. Apply by brushing or wiping. Mold release does not need to dry before molding.
 WB-411 Polyurethanes A non-flammable water / solvent emulsion of high polymeric resins. Suitable for releasing all types of polyurethane. 10% solids. Application: Spray.
 WB-640 Polyurethanes A complex polymer emulsion with wetting agents suitable for warm or hot molding applications. Will not interfere with secondary bonding. 6% solids. Releases: rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane and natural & synthetic rubbers. Application: Spray.
 WB-640SP Polyurethanes Similar to WB-640, but contains a small amount of solvent enrichment to speed drying at ambient temperatures. May also be used on warm molds. Will not interfere with secondary bonding. 5% solids. Releases: rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane and natural & synthetic rubbers. Application: Spray.
 WB-640H Polyurethanes A thickened version of WB-640 intended for non-cosmetic molding applications where a brushable release is required. Releases: rigid & semi-rigid polyurethane and natural & synthetic rubbers. Application: Brush.
 WB-2000 Polyurethanes A good release for inmold coatings.
 WFF-352 Polyurethanes A polymer release emulsion, formulated for flexible polyurethane and semi-rigid foams. Will not interfere with secondary bonding. 2% solids. Application: Spray.

 Barrier Films
 FF1H Composite Molding,

A film-forming barrier release agent in a water / alcohol carrier. The film transfers to the molded part, becoming an integral part of the molded piece and will not interfere with bonding, painting or staining. Releases: rigid polyurethane and polyester. Application: Spray or brush.
 FF1H-15P Composite Molding,
Polyurethanes
Same product as FFIH but specially designed to wet on RTV silicone molds.

 Paste
 PasteWiz Composite Molding,

A reduced solvent, high temperature paste release. Suitable for many composite molding applications. Releases: polyester, vinyl ester and polyurethane. Application: Wipe on; polish.

 20 minutes @ 125-300F / 55-150C
 125-400F / 50-200C
Composites: epoxy, prepreg, polyester, vinyl ester & polyurethane. Natural & synthetic rubber. Not recommended for Silicones. Better slip than AE-72. Wets out best on warm molds. Not for application on hot tools (>350F/176C). Best water-based choice for polyurethane.
 AE-82L Composite Molding, Rubber & Elastomers
 15 minutes @ 125-300F / 55-150C
 ambient-400F / ambient-200C
Composites: polyester & vinyl ester. Natural & synthetic rubber from metal molds.
Not recommended for Fluoroelastomers.
Shortest cure cycle of all water-bases.
Good for ambient temp molding. Best applied by spraying.
